Session Overview:

  • Detailed breakdown of the updated NYS DCJS pistol qualification course
  • Live-fire drills focusing on accuracy, shot placement, and speed
  • Shooting from various distances and positions (standing, kneeling, barricades)
  • Stress-based decision-making scenarios for use-of-force encounters
  • Tactical reloads, malfunction clearing, and proper weapon handling
  • One-on-one coaching to refine skills and enhance performance

Our training is conducted by experienced law enforcement and DCJS-certified firearms instructors, ensuring each officer leaves the session with improved confidence and readiness for duty.

  • 250 rounds of ammunition (minimum)
  • Comfortable and appropriate footwear, no slides, or open toe shoes
  • Note pad and pen for note taking during class
